Upgrading from v2.5.0

Your current configuration.json should work fine after upgrading.

New columns

GIPS will add the Cost, MinTrLim, and MaxTrLim columns to each bus's row. If you do not want those columns, edit configuration.json and add the "version": "2.0" key and value.
